Hello! My bra does not fit, but I don't know whether I need something bigger or smaller!

  Hi! I'm sorry, I only speak English, but maybe your computer can translate! I have a problem -- my size has changed a lot in the past 3 years, from 32FF to 30FF to 30G to 30GG. And now, my bra does not fit again! I can not tell whether I should look for a 30H, or a 28GG, 28H, or 28HH. (A 28 is the same as a 60, I think.)

  Here are the problems: My breasts had the awful "4-breast" appearance in my old bras. I got new bras with a larger cup size, and the cups (bowls?) seem to hold my whole breast. But the cups seem to be too far apart. If I lie down, I can feel that the wires lie too far out on my ribs, and put the pressure in the wrong places. I feel like my bra would fit better if the cups were closer together in the middle. I don't look as supported in a 30GG as I looked before in a 30G; my breasts look lower and too far out to the sides. And yet, I have the "4-breast" appearance again, too! The band leaves a mark on my body, much worse than the old bras did, despite being the same size. I think it is because the wires are too low on my ribs.

  So, I know I need a new bra. But what size? Is my current "4-breast" the result of a band that is too big, or of a cup that is too small, or both? Here are my measurements (roughly), in case they help: 72 cm underbust, 97 cm bust. Thank you for any and all help.

  Hi, Anne. Above I just offered to translate any posts if anyone wanted to help but didn't know English too well.

  I can't be much of help myself because I'm not an expert in bigger boobs (hell, I'm no expert even in MY boobs ;)) but here's what I can tell you for sure:
  we need some more measurements from you in order to give you any pieces of advice. Try measuring yourself underbust really tight and then loose. Besides, bend down so that your body is roughly parallel to the floor and then measure your bust. And apart from that tell us what kinds of bras you used to wear (producer, model, etc.)

  Anne, welcome to Balkonetka - it's nice to see you here and gives me the idea: maybe I should start Balkonetka in English?:)

  It's hard to tell why the 30GG makes you feel less supported. Maybe it's just the matter of a particular bra style/model which is not compatible with your breast? Many girls here upload their pictures (just click on the link Twoja szuflada in the navigation bar) so it's easier to give any brafitting advice.

  We'll be happy to help you, but we'd need some more information. What bra models and styles did you try on?
